| Sun Diego Car Rental offers free pick-up service from most hotels, all language schools, residences or family home stay. |

| Travel Restrictions |
|
| Class 1 vehicles are restricted to San Diego County only. Vehicles in Class 2 are restricted to San Diego and Los Angeles only. Vehicle in Class 3 and 4 may be driven anywhere in California, Nevada, and Arizona. |

| Age Requirements |
|
| Drivers must be at least 21 years old. At Sun Diego Car Rental we always waive the under age drivers fee for drivers between the age of 21-24 . |

| Driver's License |
|
| Renter must hold a valid license. Qualified provisionary and temporary license is accepted upon manager approval. International and foreign licenses are accepted with a valid passport. |

| Additional Driver |
|
| Only authorized drivers are allowed to drive the rental vehicle. Additional driver must present a valid driver's license, sign the rental agreement, and must meet age requirements. Only one additional driver allowed per contract. At Sun Diego Car Rental the additional driver is always free |

| Cash Deposits |
|
| Sun Diego Car Rental does not accept cash deposits to rent a vehicle. |

| One Way Rentals |
|
| One way rentals are not permitted. Vehicles must be returned to original rental location. |
